Gentle Giant Forge LLC is a Mesa, Arizona bladesmithing studio founded by Paul Elkins. What began as a backyard experiment has grown into a professional custom-knife business specializing in handcrafted culinary knives, outdoor knives, Damascus-pattern steel, and metallurgy education. Paul has trained with accomplished bladesmiths, including Salem Straub, and appeared on History Channel’s Forged in Fire: The Ben Abbott Takeover.
